RETURN & REFUND POLICY

01. NO REFUND POLICY
AfroFit Academy operates a strict no-refund policy on all products and services sold through the platform. This applies to:
- Coaching Packages (Foundation, Accelerate, and Elite tiers across all programs)
- eBooks and digital products
Once a purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the platform or access program content
- Dissatisfaction with program results
- Personal circumstances, illness, or injury preventing participation
- Technical difficulties on the client's device or internet connection
- Accidental purchase
02. WHY WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS
AfroFit Academy delivers digital content and personalised coaching services that are made available immediately upon purchase. Because access to program content and coaching resources is granted at the moment of payment confirmation, the nature of these products makes them non-returnable.
03. WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring every client has the best possible experience. If you are experiencing difficulties with the platform, your program, or your coaching relationship, please contact us via:

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern.
04. PACKAGE EXPIRY
Coaching packages expire 12 weeks from the date of purchase. Expired packages are not eligible for extension or refund. Clients are encouraged to renew their package before expiry to maintain uninterrupted access to program content.
05. ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT OUTCOMES
If you complete the eligibility assessment and receive a "Not Eligible" outcome, you will not be permitted to purchase that program. In this case, no payment will be taken. If you believe your assessment outcome was incorrect, please contact us to discuss your situation before attempting to purchase.
06. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
AfroFit Academy takes fraudulent chargebacks seriously. By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting AfroFit Academy to attempt resolution. Any chargeback initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of your account and access to all platform content.
07. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
AfroFit Academy reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The current policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
